Radwa joined the practice in 2014 and has since worked across a diverse portfolio of building typologies, including major mixed-use, commercial, sports and transport projects such as Lusail Stadium, Colechurch House, 1 St James’s Square and King Salman International Airport. She was also a key member of the winning competition team for the Jabal Omar development in Saudi Arabia. Through her work on London-based projects, Radwa has gained extensive experience in complex urban development, sustainability, innovation, and retrofit-focused design within historically sensitive contexts. She brings a strong understanding of the UK planning system and the challenges of delivering commercially viable, design-led schemes in dense urban environments. Radwa graduated top of her class from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport before moving to the UK to complete a Master of Architecture at the Architectural Association’s Design Research Laboratory, where her thesis received a Distinction. Her academic and professional experience has shaped a research-led design approach, that combines creative thinking with technical rigour and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Drawn to architecture as a fusion of art, science, engineering and design, Radwa is particularly interested in how innovation and sustainable design can add long-term value to places, buildings and communities.
